SITE POLICIES

CHECK OUT TIME: 1:00 pm, please check at the office if you want to stay longer.  CABINS: Check in: 2 pm, check out 12 noon.

ONE UNIT PER SITE: Any additional unit must pay $20 per night.

TWO ADULTS PER UNIT:  Additional adults staying overnight pay $3.00 per person per night.  No charge for your own children under 18 years old. 

VEHICLES: You are allowed two vehicles per site.  No parking on roads!

2 NIGHT STAY: Minimum 2 night stay on weekends with reservations

3 NIGHT STAY: Minimum 3 night stay on holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4^th of July, Labor Day)

NO REFUNDS.

PARK RULES

SPEED LIMIT: 5 MPH.  There are many children in the park and people walking, please obey the 5 mph speed limit!!

QUIET TIME: IS 10:30 PM - 8:00 AM   No loud music or parties!!

BICYCLES / SKATEBOARDS: must be put away by dark.

FOR SAFETY REASONS:  No motorized scooters/mini-bikes/ATV/fireworks/water balloons, etc allowed in the park.

GOLF CARTS: Drivers must show valid drivers license and have proof of insurance.  NO JOY RIDING!!!!

SECURITY: is on duty 24/7 and extra security is provide on the weekends. 

CLOTHES LINES: Temporary lines are allowed for towels and swimsuits, please remove lines when you leave. 

VISITORS:  All visitors must leave the park by 10:30 pm or pay $3 per person per night.  All visitors must register in the office upon arrival.

PETS:  are allowed in the park.  We do ask that you respect your neighbors, always have them on a leash and clean up after them.  Do not neglect your pet. 

PLAYGROUNDS: children must be supervised at all times.  All children should be off  the playground by 10:30 pm.  We are not responsible for injuries or accidents.

FIRES:  Fires in Fire rings only/ please do not move fire rings

PICNIC TABLES: each site has a picnic table, please do not move tables from site to site.

FACILITY SERVICES

SEWER PUMP SCHEDULE:  Pumping is available Monday 9 am - Friday at 5 pm.  Sign up and pay in the Office.  Weekend pumping will be available for an additional fee of $15.00.  Please plan accordingly and sign up at least a day ahead of time.

GARBAGE:  PLEASE RECYCLE!!  Bins are available as you exit the park, please put all aluminum cans in trailer at garbage area.  Thank you for your cooperation. 

FIREWOOD: available at the Office, $5 per container.  Please empty bins at your site and return bin to the office immediately. 

NO SMOKING: Please, no smoking in the Laundromat, restrooms, game room, or Office

LAUNDROMAT: is located at the south shower building  (Office side of campground).  Hours 9am-9pm.  Washers $1, Dryers $1

SHOWERS:  Shower buildings are located at each side of the creek, both are open 24 hours.  Showers are free.  Please respect others by cleaning up after yourself.

MESSAGES:  if you are expecting a message, it will be posted at the store.  Only emergency messages will be delivered.
