SITES: You are responsible for the up-keep of your site. If you want us to mow or rake for you, please sign up in the office & you will be charged accordingly. We ask that your sites/trailers be kept neat and clean at all times!! NOT A PLACE TO STORE YOUR OLD TIRES, BOATS, GOLF CARTS, ETC.

VEHICLES: PLEASE only two vehicles per site. Do not park on other sites or on the road.

GOLF CARTS: SLOW DOWN & OBEY SPEED LIMITS. EVERYONE MUST HAVE PROOF OF INSURANCE THAT IS TO BE TURNED INTO THE OFFICE IMMEDIATELY. AND EVERY GOLF CART MUST HAVE SITE # ON IT!! Due warning will be given and then your cart will be banned from the grounds. No Exceptions!

DOCKS: Inquire in the office or talk to CHRIS!

EXTRA CAMPERS: You are allowed to set up an additional tent or small camper on your site for family & friends but we ask that you stop by the office to let us know. There is a $17.00 charge for extra units per night. Any over night guests, staying in your camper must stop at the office and pay $3.00 per person, per night.

NO ONE USES YOUR CAMPER WHEN YOU ARE NOT THERE, Please check with the OFFICE if you have a special request. Your children are your responsibility-Please inform them of our 10:30P.M. Curfew, ALL KIDS MUST BE BACK TO YOUR SITE AT 10:30 PM.

GARBAGE: PLEASE RECYCLE!!!! Bins are provided for you at the entrance of the park.

Please do not bring trash from home or leave things at the dumpsters that can not be taken away by the garbage service. If not sure, please ask us before leaving large items. This service is provided for you at no cost but does continue to be an expensive cost to the campground. We need your help!

WOOD: We do sell wood here at the park by the face cord or bundle for your convenience.

PETS: All Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. The owner is also responsible for cleanup & to keep his/her pet quiet. If Chris has to warn anyone more than once you will be asked to leave your pet at home. Please respect your neighbors!

ELECTRICITY: All meters will be read twice a year. The 1^st half is read around the 15^th of June and the 2^nd half around the middle of September. We DO NOT send out a bill but we will post a notice on the information board as to when your readings are available in the office.

WINTERIZING: If you would like us to winterize your trailer, please sign up in the office no later than October 1st.

CLOTHES-LINES: No lines are permitted in the park.

MAIL: Limited space is available in the office if you wish to have your mail delivered here.

FOR SALE: “FOR SALE” signs are NOT allowed on your trailer. If you wish to sell, please talk to CHRIS for details. Units FOR SALE will be posted on the information board by the store.

SEASONAL MEETING: We hold a meeting the 1^st Saturday in June at 10:30 am in the pavilion. Coffee and donuts are on the Management. PLEASE TRY TO ATTEND!!!!
