Golf Cart rental information and policy:
NO DRIVING GOLF CARTS FROM Midnight - 6:30 a.m. Please be a courteous golf cart driver. Please respect all campers while driving around by turning music down by 10pm. Not leaving golf cart unattended while music is playing. Letting walkers, bikers vehicles and kids go before you. Slow down.

There are 3 categories of golf cart information and policies:

Golf Carts owned by Seasonal Campers:

  • Drivers must have valid driver's license and have proof of insurance.
  • Unlicensed drivers are NOT ALLOWED to operate carts on O’Neil Creek Campground property.
  • Driver MUST provide valid driver’s license when requested.
  • Young adults that have received their learner’s permit (temps), may drive with a licensed driver (ie. parent), seated in the front seat. Licensed driver must be at least 18 years old.
  • A $300 fine will be charged to your account for any violation and be paid to the Boys and Girls Club of the Greater Chippewa Valley.
  • Everyone must be seated. Please do not drive recklessly.
  • Never, can a child sit on your lap or steer the golf cart.
  • Please follow the arrows on the roads and drive in the correct directions.
  • NO DRIVING GOLF CARTS FROM Midnight - 6:30 a.m.
  • Please drive 5 mph or less.
  • Using your golf cart at OCC is a privilege. Please do not abuse our rules.

Golf Carts rented from OCC:

  • Must be 21 years of age or more to rent the cart.  Per OCC insurance policy.
  • Must be 21 years of age or more to drive the cart. Per OCC insurance policy.
  • Drivers must have valid driver's license and have proof of insurance.
  • Unlicensed drivers are NOT ALLOWED to operate carts on O’Neil Creek Campground property.
  • Driver MUST provide valid driver’s license when requested.
  • Never, can a child sit on your lap or steer the golf cart.
  • No pets on cart.
  • No smoking on cart.
  • Please follow the arrows on the roads and drive in the correct directions.
  • Do not park on hill near laundry room, this hill must be kept open.
  • Please do not wash the cart at OCC.
  • Renting person is responsible for any damages and repair costs. Cart will be taken away if any violation is to be found.
  • A $300 fine will be charged to your account for any violation and be paid to the Boys and Girls Club of the Greater Chippewa Valley.

Golf Carts brought in by Visiting Campers:

  • Visiting golf cart fee is a one time/summer fee of $50. It is a requirement that you must provide the office with proof of insurance and abide by campground rules/policies.
  • Please display a season pass and current site # on front of window.
  • Drivers must have valid driver's license.
  • Unlicensed drivers are NOT ALLOWED to operate carts on O’Neil Creek Campground property.
  • Driver MUST provide valid driver’s license when requested.
  • Young adults that have received their learner’s permit (temps), may drive with a licensed driver (ie. parent), seated in the front seat. Licensed driver must be at least 18 years old.
  • A ​$300 fine will be charged to your account for any violation and be paid to the Boys and Girls Club of the Greater Chippewa Valley.

  • No more than 5 people on the cart at a time.

  • Must be 4-stroke gas or electric-powered.
  • Never, can a child sit on your lap or steer the golf cart.
  • Please follow the arrows on the roads and drive in the correct directions.
  • Please do not wash your cart at OCC.
  • Please drive 5 mph or less.
  • ATV’s, 4-wheelers, Gators, side-by-sides, etc. are NOT allowed in the park.
  • Adult Motorized Scooters are allowed to go in and out of the park, but NOT to drive in the park, site to site. They will be treated like an automobile.
  • Using your golf cart at OCC is a privilege. Please do not abuse our rules.

 Facility Services:

  • Garbage: Trash containers are available as you exit the park, our garbage service hand picks the recyclables, feel free to toss all trash. However, there is a scrap metal trailer located near the maintenance shop at the back of the park. We accept aluminum so please put all bagged aluminum cans in trailer. Please do not bring trash from home, leave any appliances, bikes, grills etc... Ask office if you have a question. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • Firewood is available at the Office/Store, $7.00 per bundle. We deliver if requested. If you do bring in your own wood, PLEASE make sure it’s firewood from within 10 miles of the property and NOT from quarantined areas. DNR-Firewood Map Insects and diseases are easily transported in and on firewood. This could have a devastating effect on the property for the next generation of campers.
  • We offer the sale of L.P. please inquire in the OCC Camp Store for more info.
    • ​​Please write your site number and last name on your tank, place it in the L.P fill station near the maintenance shop. Pay in the OCC Camp Store.
  • Ice is also available at the Office/Store, 6 lbs for $3.50 | 20 lbs for $7.50 We deliver if requested.
  • Please, no smoking in or near the Laundry Mat, Restrooms, Office/Store, Canteen or building entrances.
  • The laundry mat is located at the south shower building (office side of campground). Hours 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Washers $1.25, $1.50, Dryers $1.25
  • Please do not park on the hill near laundry room. This hill must remain open. Park in the lot near Canteen or parking lot below.
  • Shower buildings are located at each side of the creek, both are open 24 hours. Showers are free (5 minute time limit). Please respect others by cleaning up after yourself. Please assist and supervise children.
  • Water balloons: Please pick up & dispose of broken balloons 

Please remember that this is a privately owned campground. The campground owners and employees are not responsible for accidents or injuries to campers, guests or their property or the loss of valuables of any kind. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT to interpret and enforce all the rules for the benefit, security and safety of all.

Management reserves the right to evict any and all violators of the Rules and Regulations without refunds and to remove persons or animals which are considered detrimental to the health, safety and welfare of management or others using the campground and facilities. It is further agreed that any breach by the camper or camper's guests of the Rules and Regulations shall constitute grounds for immediate eviction from the campground with no refund of fees.

Photos, video, and other media taken during your stay may be used in promotional pieces.


Campground Policies

  • Vehicles: You are allowed two vehicles per site. No parking on roads. Every vehicle must display a car pass.
  • Fresh water hose: Each camper is required to have a White RV Hose.
  • Speed limit: 5 MPH. There are many children in the park and people walking, please obey the 5 mph speed limit!
  • Quiet time is between 10:30 A.M. - 8:00 A.M. No loud music or parties!
    • For the enjoyment of everyone, OCC requests that you respect our quiet hour rules from 10:30pm to 8:00am. Radios, TV's and all other audio producing devices must be OFF at 11pm. Quiet conversation is permitted after 10:30 pm. However, please be respectful of your neighbors and requests from OCC security. Children must remain at their site during quiet hours unless accompanied by an adult. OCC reserves the right to evict anyone who does not follow our rules without refund.
  • Bicycles/skateboards/scooters/rip sticks/ect.: Must be put away at dark.
  • For safety reasons no child motorized scooters/child motorized vehicles/mini-bikes/ATV’s/fireworks, etc. allowed in the park.
  • NO DRIVING GOLF CARTS FROM Midnight - 6:30 a.m.
  • Security: security is provide on the weekends. Call 715-829-2267 for security.
  • Vulgar language and profanity displayed on vehicles, clothing apparel, hats and verbal gestures of ANY SORT are not allowed. All of these listed will result in removal of the item, and ejection from OCC if any persons found taking part in ANY of these listed.
  • Clothes lines: Not allowed.
  • Must be at least 21 years or older to make a reservation and stay on property without the accompaniment of an adult.
  • ALL VISITORS must register in the office and receive a car pass. Day time passes are valid until 10:30 p.m. Every vehicle must display a car pass. RATE: $5/adult/day or $10/adult/overnight, children 0-17 are free accompanied with adult.
  • Any person (adult or child) found stealing, damaging any property, dealing with drugs, causing injury to another, etc., will be evicted from the campground immediately. NO EXCEPTIONS! Parents will be prosecuted for damages.
  • Pets: Pets are allowed in the park. All Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Pets must NEVER be left alone. Control barking dogs. The owner is also responsible for cleanup & keeping his/her pet quiet. If management has to warn anyone more than once you will be asked to remove pet or leave your pet at home. Please respect your neighbors. All pets must have current rabies shot. Owners must be able to provide proof of shot records upon request. Pets are not allowed in any buildings on the property or on the beach, with the exception of service dogs.
  •  ALL dogs must be on a leash, barking controlled, not left unattended, and not allowed on the beach.
  • Radio collars are not acceptable nor are fences
  • Due to our insurance restrictions: Pitbulls, Dobermans, Mastiff and Rottweilers or any mixed dogs of these breeds, are not permitted in the park. If one of these breeds is found to be in the park, it will be asked to be removed.
  • Playgrounds: Children must be supervised at all times. All children should be off the playground & back to their sites by 10:30 p.m. We are not responsible for injuries or accidents.
  • Fires in fire rings only/please do not move fire rings.
  • Each site has a picnic table, please do not move tables from site to site.
  • Please keep your site clean of trash and litter.
  • Golf carts are the ONLY motorized vehicles allowed at OCC. We have carts available for rent during your stay, please contact the office for more information and pricing. You may bring in your own electric or 4-stroke golf cart…a trail fee of $50 for the season and proof of insurance is REQUIRED to operate your cart on OCC property. ATV’s, 4-wheelers, Gators, side-by-sides, etc. are NOT allowed in the park.
